Gallagher Property Services managed a portfolio of residential and commercial properties across Glasgow and the surrounding area. The real-time dashboard gave Richard and his senior property managers a portfolio-wide view: how many open maintenance requests, what stage they were at, which contractors had outstanding jobs, and which tenancies were coming up for renewal.
